NCC week 13&14 GROUP PRESENTATIONS

New Timeline
Week 13★July 17th  Group Presentations I
Week 14★July 24th Group Presentations II
Week 15 July 31 Thesis Workshop

For the Group Presentation, we will divide ourselves into 5 groups, and each group shall present on 1 out of the several discussion topics (see list).

Each group has 20 minutes to present and they need to,

1)    engage the analytical framework by referring to the literature from the syllabus (external references are welcome, but not a must; if you need me to help you with the literature, please do let me know);

2)    mainly engage films/examples used in class (if there is no specific film used for a topic, other films are possible as well. But please do not use too much time retelling a story unless that’d be the focus of the presentation);

3)    carry out inter-group response/feedback session; details TBA.

Remember: you do NOT have to exhaust every aspect possible about certain approach/theory, try to make your audiences understand the general picture, and also highlight HOW the analytical framework could be PRACTICED.

Flow of the presentation is up to the team members; we do encourage you to present with visuals (such as PPTs/KEYNOTE/Prezi etc.)—we will encourage auditing students to participate if they like. Also, share your presentation files beforehand in this folder: https://nuss.nagoya-u.ac.jp/s/NSD33PWcM22SxjP
