format of the discussion:
- volunteering! but keep balance for gender/native speakers
- readings: one MUST+one selective (=2; decide among your group members)
- outline what you are thinking of the films—10 minutes/per group; you would have time in class for discussion too, but a final 10-min presentation time is the same for every group
- what you do for the ten minutes: share with us your KEYWORD/S, and explain them to us why—making use of the readings (=do not use the time ONLY repeating the stories/detailed sequences unless they are very important to your points, thank you; in case you need me to play the sequences, please remind me in advance, and we shall make this happen!);
- you could firstly choose a representative to present your general ideas, then each member could rotate adding further comments;format is free;
- visual presentation is NOT a must, but if you have prepared anything visual, do send me the file in advance, or bring it to the classroom with USB.
- open questions
Note for DVD loans: please do contact Ran via her email, to make appointment picking up the discs.
